Power of Social Media

Influencing is social media’s actual strength. Companies may use social media to not only communicate with consumers, but also to persuade them with relevant material that will help them make a choice. The influence of social media doesn’t really end with the internet. It’s indeed part of a much larger picture, and while social media may initially produce a discussion about such a issue, the maximum energy that it produces will develop term “ momentum.

The fact is that, when used wisely over time, social media is the most potent form of internet marketing and market analysis which the globe world has ever known. However, it is not a magical bean that sprouts into organisational success instantly. It serves as a platform for genuine work. The skill of social media advertising is understanding where to invest your efforts so that you may obtain results rather than a slew of bothersome individuals who believe they’re your buddies.

Why do people choose Social Media?

Individuals pick digital platforms as their major source of news because of its capacity to provide real-time information internationally. For instance, using Live Stream – and the ability to publish while doing other – you can reach a big audience. Users with significant followings who publish articles and videos or express their opinions have a large influence since followers trust the individuals they follow on certain platforms. Whenever people engage with people on social media sites whom they trust, they are more likely to believe the knowledge and updates that they offer. Social platforms are another tool that businesses and influencers may use to demonstrate authenticity and accountability. For example, the evaluation process on Facebook profiles helps consumers evaluate the authenticity of a firm, whether it’s a café, online shopping store, news website, or any other business type.

It is indeed certainly conscience that social media (connecting with users) is a fantastic instrument for the very first foundation of digital marketing – developing relationships with fans as well as consumers. One could be a large corporation, a small corporation, or a person. Any of the other parties can utilise social media sites to convey to your clients that you are not a one-man show. That you’re being relied on. That user are well-versed in your specialty.

Impact of Covid-19 in Tourism in India

Humans settled in a dynamic environment and expected that the current system in motion would be maintained until Covid-19 appeared . Inconceivable has occurred with the global spread of acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus, and this pandemic is endangering the lives and routines of millions of individuals. As a result, most governments have proclaimed lockdowns as a precautionary measure for social distance in order to deal with the development of Covid-19.

The lockdown has severely shook the economy by affecting many economic sectors, particularly the tourism sector, which has slumped in recent days. As activities inside and beyond India have halted, it has had a direct impact on areas of infrastructure such as airlines, trains, and other forms of transportation; this crushing halt has already had a significant influence on the hospitality business. Because travel is limited, athletic activities have been cancelled and gatherings have been prohibited. Airlines have been delayed, and other forms of land transportation have come to a halt; while business events and conferences have been postponed, cancelled, or conducted online, resulting in a significant loss in activity in all aspects of the tourism sector.

The tourism business in India is one of the most important areas of the Industry in india. Every year, a big number of international visitors visit India. Since the previous decade, the proportion of foreign visitor arrivals  has been growing. India is well-known for its kind people, hospitality, diverse lifestyles, cultural history, and diverse terrain . Foreign tourists are drawn to heritage sites, temple and other religious structures, coastal areas and beaches, yoga, Ayurveda, and natural health resorts, and religious and spiritual tourism. As many religious monuments in India are frequented on a regular basis, domestic tourism is experiencing an increase in tourist spots and adventure sports as a result of industrialisation and economic prosperity.

The Covid-19 epidemic has reached prominent worldwide tourism locations including as Spain, Italy, France, and the United Kingdom. As a result, worldwide travellers may migrate toward India’s north-eastern and southern regions, which are significantly less afflicted by Covid-19 and have a lower death rate. Tourism is volatile and seasonal, and it is influenced by a variety of criteria such as GDP, the consumer price index, and the currency rate of the entering nations of visitor arrivals in India. Largest source of tourist share include the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, among others. Their Gross Domestic Product growth rate now ranges between 5 and 9 percent in April 2020, and job losses are significant. As a result, arrivals from these nations are projected to decrease.

Therefore, I would like to conclude that Industry, policymakers, and scholars must work together to design policies that will attract international visitors while also improving sustainability. As the WTTC forecasts significant job losses in this area, a programme for alternative employment is required.

Impact of Covid-19 over Tourism Industry

Kota Factory

Raghav Sabbu is the director of the Indian online series Kota Factory.

It is an engrossing narrative of IIT candidates in the town of Kota, Rajasthan—a type of seedbed that pulls youngsters from all over the nation for its “mahaul” and also hosts coaching schools worth billions of dollars.

It’s all about the students who are preparing to take India’s most difficult and hardest entrance examinations. Kota has earned the famous repute of producing IIT-ians at breakneck pace throughout the years. Of course, a teacher like Jeetu bhaiya (Jitendra kumar) should have everyone in his or her life. Because the manner in which he resolves the difficulties of each student, whether academic or personal, demonstrates that he is more concerned with the students’ life and future prospects. In today’s society, we have witnessed numerous examples when students do not attain their desired goals; they finish up living their life and never consider a new future. This series, I believe, falls short of stating that there is life beyond IIT and examinations. Students should never lose hope and should always be confident in their ability to begin new chapters in their lives. Nothing can stop them from achieving their goals if they attempt with presence of mind, hard effort, and patience.

Life is like a spring; the more you press it, the higher it will go. The unwillingness to convey their tale is what makes Kota Factory an interesting, compelling, and vital contribution towards the growing list of cinematic representations of such “losers.” The series delivers the message to those who fall between the ranks of rank holders and rebels: a collection of seemingly uninspired individuals who live lives so boring that they don’t deserve a storyline. Their challenge is not to escape or conquer the tale, but to stay inside it.

Vaibhav and his classmates at Prodigy struggle with the course, not the system. Their inability to keep up with the demanding course and consume the tasteless food in the canteen is regarded as their personal incapacity rather as an institutional deficiency. Immersed in internal conflicts rather than visionary battles, they do not expect the system to change for them but rather aspire to modify themselves in order to adapt to the system. And when they are unsatisfied with the power system, they find ways to change it without having any desire to change or disturb it. The extended five-episode series benefits greatly from the outstanding performances of Ranjan Raj as Meena and Mayur More as Vaibhav. In many areas, it represents a touching image of a believer going through his stage of life. It also gives a look into the lives of individuals whose lives are too common to be written about, tells of the numerous friendships formed in these outwardly hostile organisations, and demonstrates how, when those friends part ways, a promise to meet again in the future is extracted. The location is never specified. People in Kota want to reestablish themselves in familiar surroundings.

Tiny Delight:

Flavors’ of your wish🖤

Food is the one item that no human being can survive without since it is a basic human need. While it is a narrative about everyone’s home, where mom asks each family member what they want to eat. Cooking, in my opinion, is an ever-evolving art form; there is always something new to explore and experiment with. When I have free time, I enjoy eating and preparing different recipes. During the epidemic, my thoughts wandered, and I decided, “Why not bake a cake and try it out?” I’m clumsy and frequently receive verbal warnings from my mother. My mother used to taunt me when I was 12-13 years old, saying, “atyare bhess ni jem bese che pachi sasre b avijjj rete besjee.” I used to avoid her comments by distracting myself, but after seeing videos of chef Ranveer Brar, I gained interest in cooking.” While the epidemic provided me with the chance to learn how to cook, I spent that time improving and experimenting with those skills. As a result, I’d like to present my first recipe, which is:

HUMANITY IS THE BEST RELIGION TO MANKIND..!!

Auguste Comte (1798-1857), the creator of positivist philosophy, founded the Religion of Humanity, a secular religion.

Humanity includes being helpful whenever it is required. As well as being compassionate and caring to all living things on the globe. Each religion has its own set of laws, meanings, ethics, and morals. Every faith should be respected. Every religion teaches us about love, peace, and harmony. It should be something we believe in rather than something that defines our actions and thoughts. The most essential necessity is that there should be peace. There is wealth where there is calm. If a person does not believe in any religion, he or she should believe in mankind. Humanity simply means being kind, loving, and helpful to everyone. Remember that if we put the right things into the universe, the right things will inevitably come to you.

“You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.”

~MAHATMA GANDHI

The most essential thing to me is to be a nice human being, because it defines you everywhere. Humanity entails putting aside selfishness when other people are in desperate need of our assistance. If eating and having fun is all humans were created to do, we should remember that even animals can do it. To contribute to humanitarian activities, you don’t need a bank account full of cash; all you need is a selfless heart and a love for these kind of activities. Taking care of and feeding live plants and animals is also an act of humanity. Carrying an elderly woman’s heavy suitcase while travelling is also an act of kindness.Giving a pregnant woman a seat on a crowded bus is also an act of kindness. Helping a handicapped person crossing streets is also an act of kindness. In fact, helping everyone who is in need is likewise an act of humanity.

We humans do not stop ourselves from becoming hungry and thirsty. Nobody knows when or where we will be born, has no rights to choose our parents nor physical structure & nobody knows at what time we are going to die. If no single human being can control all of these elements, who are we to judge which religion is the best? There is no purpose in having mental chuckles and fighting with one another. In this world, there is a lot of tears. People are hungry and thirsty for love. Everyone is being beaten for a variety of reasons. Despite the fact that we live in the twenty-first century and in a technologically advanced society, we continue to fight over minor religious concerns.

People must accept the fact that they will all die one day. No one will be carrying the bundles of notes, power, or land peace with them. His remains will be reduced to ashes. All he will be remembered for is his friendliness and helpfulness to everyone. Ensure that there is peace and harmony wherever we reside. This may benefit a society, making the world a better place to live. We must remember that we are all children of nature, and we cannot continue to battle with one another. We must choose between instilling hatred in our children and instilling love in them. It is up to us to make the decision.

When a newborn is born, he has no understanding of religion. Has a lack of understanding of himself and his surroundings. He has a pure heart. His body is composed of the same components as Mother Nature. They have the same two legs, hands, and one heart to love, and even the colour of their blood is the same. It’s difficult to accept that people forget themselves as a direct gift from the creator and battle for land, power, and a few other things that don’t really important in life.

MENTAL HEALTH

While everybody knows what mental health is. Our emotional, psychological, and social well-being are all part of our mental health. Not only should one be physically strong and healthy, but also psychologically. Because our behaviours and ideas are influenced by how we think about and handle a problem. This is a relevant topic because many young people are dealing with mental health issues. Depression, anxiety, and conduct disorder (a sort of behavioural issue) are all direct responses to what is going on in their life, and social media may be a factor.

Disturbing experiences can lead to mental health issues in children. Disturbing occurrences such as moving houses, changing schools, breakups, witnessing their parents quarrel, family concerns, financial problems, not being able to accomplish their aspirations, grades, society’s thinkings, gender discrimination, appearances, and anything else they are dealing with. They are sometimes afraid to share their troubles and problems for fear of being criticised or mocked. And their mental health suffers as a result.

We should discuss the difficulties with those in whom we have complete trust that they will undoubtedly assist us. It’s fine to deal with our troubles alone, but sharing them with others can make us feel better.

“The data show that cultural developments in the previous 10 years may have had a higher influence on mood disorder and suicide associated outcomes among younger people compared to older persons,”  according to the researchers . Meanwhile, Covid-19 can cause neurological and mental problems like as delirium and strokes. Bereavement, solitude, and the fear of losing one’s job can all cause or exacerbate mental health issues. Many people may be dealing with increased alcohol and drug usage, sleeplessness, and anxiety.

While taking too much stress can affect the health such as:

  • Fear, anger, sorrow, concern, numbness, or impatience are all common emotions.
  • Appetite, energy, desires, and interests change.
  • Concentration and decision-making difficulties
  • Sleep disturbances or nightmares
  • Headaches, bodily pains, stomach issues, and skin rashes are all examples of physical reactions.
  • Chronic health problems are getting worse.
  • The state of mental health is deteriorating.
  • Tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs are being used more often.

So here are some solutions that how manage mental health & be mentally fit:

  • Feel free to express your emotions.
  • Use coping skills on purpose.
  • Check in with yourself on a regular basis.
  • Take some time away from social media and phoney news.
  • Continue to be active.
  • Eat healthily and moderately.
  • Stay in touch
  • Inquire for assistance.
  • Accept who you are and care for others by doing something you’re excellent at.
  • Get adequate rest.
  • Carry out exercises
  • Alcohol and other substances should be avoided.

So everyone’s health is important!! Take care of yourself & your loved ones

So today I will be sharing my views regarding menstruation.

Lifelong Learner

Women, the one person who plays such an important role in everyone’s life, whether she is a daughter, wife, sister, mother, or anything else. She is, nevertheless, underappreciated in many fields and in many parts of the world. A woman who is occupied with household tasks or an independent lady with a regular job schedule must prioritise her health. Diseases have no regard for religion, caste, or who you are as a person. It is an issue of a person’s health, or how well he or she keeps fit and healthy. Of course, not all women are concerned about their health across the world. And here is the crucial issue: despite working hard all day and caring for kids, family, and so on, they are fatigued and haven’t even taken a few minutes for themselves to go for a walk or exercise.

Adolescent females, especially those between the ages of 13 and 14, go through a lot of hormonal changes. And her adolescent journey begins with her menstrual cycle, during which she undergoes several physical and emotional changes. In many sections of the nation, particularly in rural regions, girls are unprepared and unaware of their periods, and confront several difficulties and obstacles at home, school, and job. Girls and women have little or no understanding of reproductive infections caused by poor personal hygiene during menstruation. Women in rural regions either may not have access to sanitary products or have little knowledge of the varieties and methods of use, and are unable to buy them owing to their high cost. As a result, they rely on reusable cotton pads, which they wash and reuse. Using these cloths poses a significant risk of infection and illness in the reproductive system. They didn’t even have access to a basic sanitary facility, and because of all of these concerns, she is unable to speak up for herself. Over 77 percent of women use old cloth, while just 23 percent use sanitary pads, which is a rather low percentage.

Many girls nowadays are still hesitant to discuss their periods. But why is that? It’s a normal biological process that everyone should be aware of and at ease with!! Bleeding is a blessing in my life. Even if it hurts, every bright red spot is a sign that I’m changing to a WOMAN! WOMEN WHO ARE STRONGER, CAPABLE, AND POWERFUL!!!

CULTURAL & RELIGIOUS BELIEFS

MENSTRUAL hygiene was influenced by cultural norms, personal preferences, knowledge, and beliefs, all of which were linked to menstrual cleanliness. Menstrual flow is considered unclean, contaminating, disgusting, and impure in many sections of the nation. When it comes to menstruation, many women have limitations. They are not permitted to cook, are held in a separate room, and are not permitted to perform pujas at home. The females were then put on tight diets and were not permitted to consume sour foods like curd, pickles, or tamarind since it was thought that these might disrupt or halt the flow. It is also forbidden for menstruating girls and women to give prayers or handle holy books. Even females are not allowed to bathe or wash their hair because it will disrupt blood flow. It is often thought that food cooked by menstruating girls or women is unclean since the body produces an unique ray or odour during menstruation, rendering stored food unfit for consumption. However, no scientific research has indicated that menstruation is the cause of food spoiling in the manufacturing process, as long as normal hygiene precautions are followed. Touching a menstruating woman is hazardous, and stepping on her during religious rites is considered a sin or crime, as well as a curse. While some cultural and religious beliefs are based on no rational or scientific evidence. It is just observed as a custom. Teasing and taunting with unpleasant nicknames are frequent in schools due to a lack of education and social relationships, making it difficult for girls to survive in that environment.

THINK OF YOUR PERIOD AS A GRAMMATICAL PERIOD, AS THE END OF SENTENCE. AND THINK OF EACH MONTH AS THE SENTENCE PART OF THE SENTENCE.

LIVE YOUR LIFE THE WAY YOU WOULD WANT YOUR SENTENCES TO READ

~ JENNIFER KOODY

So education is the only way to challenge misconceptions about menstruation. Men have little or no understanding about it, and education plays an important part in this since teaching both men and women will raise awareness among everyone. Men may help women manage menstruation in their homes, schools, workplaces, and communities by playing a variety of roles such as spouses, dads, brothers, students, teachers, coworkers, leaders, and policymakers. Since 2010, the government has been working to improve menstrual hygiene by implementing programmes such as the National Rural Health Mission. They also began delivering free sanitary napkins and pads to rural regions, as well as developing suitable infrastructure for women who live there.

As a result, I feel that not only the government, but also each individual citizen, should raise awareness about menstruation. And by sharing information, all obstacles will be broken down, and many women will be aware of menstrual hygiene, suggesting a safe and secure atmosphere for both men and women, as well as contributing to the nation’s growth.
